I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It felt like a true home away from home with spacious rooms ideal for a family of five, complete with proper cooking facilities. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable, and having parking under the hotel was so convenient.
The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and well-heated, easily accessible from the airport via Rhone Express and buses C1, 38, with a quirky layout lacking a proper workspace for a computer. The service ranges from semi-friendly to wonderful, especially with standout staff members like Claire and the gentleman at the front desk. The location offers convenience to major park, bus and metro stations but is in a residential suburb with limited services. Dining options are varied from basic to delicious offerings, with room for improvement. Overall, a mixed experience with some great highlights and some areas that could be better.
The hotel offers a spacious room equipped with a kitchen that was clean but felt more like a starter apartment than a 4-star hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Parc de la Tete D'Or and nearby patisseries. The dining options were varied, but a bit hit or miss. The service was pleasant overall, though some issues with responsiveness were noted.
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were quite spacious and family-oriented, making it a pleasant experience while exploring Lyon. However, there was an unpleasant musty smell that lingered. The location, nestled between Gare de Lyon and Vieux Lyon, along with the beautiful park nearby, truly made our stay special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others for a few nights in Lyon.
